어릴 적 꿈에서 어딘가로 떨어지는 상황을 많이 보곤 했다.
끝도 없이 떨어지는 이공간에서 처음 느끼는 공포감은 아무리 여러번 경험해도 익숙해지지 않았다.

지금 생각하면 그건 단순히 키는 꿈이 아닌 얼마 안된 삶을 살아온 아이들이 겪는 신체적 변화에 대한 정신적 반응이었던것 같다.

어딘가로 떨어진다는 건 중력의 작용을 뺀다면 이동 그 자체일 뿐이다.
올라가던 내려가던 움직이는 당사자에게 위아래가 있을 지언정 제 3자가 보기엔 그저 이동하는것 뿐.

내가 20대때 겪었던 사회적, 소속적 변화에서 온 정서적 스트레스와 방황시기에 겪었던 떨어지는 꿈을 모티브로
이시대를 살아가는 20대 남자들의 정서적 불안감을 표현하고 싶었다.

During my childhood, I frequently had dreams of falling into some unknown space. No matter how many times I experienced it, the initial terror of the endless freefall never became familiar to me.

In retrospect, it seems that it was not just a mere height-related dream, but rather a psychological response to the physical changes experienced by children who have recently started living.

Falling into somewhere is simply movement itself, regardless of whether it is going up or down. Although there may be an up and down for the moving person, to a third-party observer, it is simply movement.

Inspired by the emotional stress and period of uncertainty I experienced during my twenties due to social and affiliative changes, as well as the falling dream I had during that time, I wanted to express the emotional unrest of 20-something men living in this era using the falling dream as a motif.
